At All Things Tennis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your new racket or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and rackets have their original plastic wrap on the handle.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement gear within 3-5 business days.
